Our nurse meets with you to customize a plan that meets your specific health care and personal needs. The plan of care is a cooperative effort between Windsor Care, you, your family and physician. One way we ensure you’ll get the best is by carefully screening and selecting caregiver applicants. They must meet the same high standards required of any Bishop Spencer Place employee. This stringent screening process includes a criminal background check, verifying certification and licensure, work references, and checking the State of Missouri Employee Disqualification list. Each prospective employee must pass a drug screen and physical, and they receive an in-depth orientation to ensure they have the skills necessary to give first-class service and competent care. If additional skills are needed to meet your needs, specific training is provided. Windsor Care protects residents and also values employees; therefore, staff performance is regularly monitored and our employees receive workers’ compensation and bonding insurance.
